Super cute dress, and super fast shipping! I ordered a size 3T for my 21 month old because she has a big head, and I had read other reviews that said the neck doesn't stretch enough. I'm glad I did. Of course I ended up hemming the sleeves and bottom of the dress, but the neck was the perfect size. (I am not confident in my abilities to cut the neckline to add a button or zipper.) She's not quite 33" tall and about 23 pounds, and I ended up taking off 3" from the length. The dress is very well made and we get so many compliments on it! I subtracted one star because if the dress had been designed with a larger neckline (button or zipper) in the first place, there would have been no need to alter it.
